This course is for you if...

  • you want to start living life rather than existing. You are tired of doing the sleep, work, eat, repeat and you actually want to feel more fulfilled but have no idea where to start
  • you get frustrated/ angry/ irritated/ annoyed easily; just by simple, everyday, little things and would rather not be like that. You know you are better than that
  • you look at all the self-help books on the shelf that promise things you truly desire but have no time/ energy/ confidence to read them
  • you have had a rough time and need ways to help you get through dark moments/ days
  • you would prefer not to have to turn to an abundance of fast food/ ice cream/ wine/ drugs etc. after a bad day/when you are going through a crap time, but have such a reliance on this to "get you through"; you think that that is impossible
  • you just want to be a bit more in tune with your mind. you know it's important but feel like you haven't used it properly since your degree and use up all it's energy during your long working hours.... 
  • you are a guy or a gal, or another wonderful being - all welcome :-)

This course isn't for you if...

  • are going to start it with a cynical attitude. All methods in the course are based on logic, not woo-woo, but they require practise. If you are not willing to practise, then you will not see results - and I do not want to fail you. I need your commitment and we can work together to move your life forward

  • are not ready to make a positive change to your life now, that will last forever.
