Hi, I am Verity

I help women understand their mental energy and in turn optimise their mental strength.

I do this through my signature method the SEASALT plan which is a combination of positive daily mind habits. I also look at any blocks that may prevent women from implementing parts of the plan and add a pinch of spirituality (for good measure and magic!).

I mainly work directly with women who are “wise maidens”. Find out if you are one below...

Why are you choosing to exist in life?

We are all in control of our lives, but when it’s not going well, we just don’t want to admit that. We rely on external factors for happiness and we blame them too if we are unhappy.

What if I told you it didn’t have to be that way.

I am not talking turn into a Tibetan monk, move to Bali or replace all your handbags and cocktails for crystals and chai (that may all come later in your life) but I am talking about a good, old fashioned plan. Logic steps you can implement into your every day (with just a little sprinkling of magic*).
Anyone can do this. It just needs you to be open minded, dedicated to daily practice (which takes no actually time, just a shift in thoughts, clever eh!) and truly ready to Stop Existing and start Actually living today.
And I should know, because I choose to exist too. Until one day, I realised that life was too short to feel numb or constantly be on repeat. This is why I created theSEASALTplan so I can guide other women, like me, to start living rather than existing.

I have been through A LOT over my 30 years. The only reason I am still here is because of mind techniques I have taught myself over this time. My therapist once joked that I have done so well in continuing with life despite everything, that I should be counselling her!

Now I have had the opportunity to look back and process WHAT I have been through and HOW I have come through it, I have realised that there are 10 key mind skills that I have developed that basically saved my life.

I have created a 10 part online course to teach you the mind skills that are invaluable to me being able to cope with life-changing situations and feeling fulfilled even in the darkest of times.


Each part of the course is delivered via video with supporting documents.

If you carry out the course as advised then it just takes 20 minutes each month to learn each method and then the motivation and desire to incorporate this into your day to day.

  • You don’t want to have to read endless self-help books/ practise meditation 3 hours a day/ turn vegan/ spend £1000’s on a mastermind camp to learn how to do that.


Each thing I teach you could easily (and people have easily) written a self-help book on it. And sure if you have the time/ motivation/ brain capacity after working a long week to absorb all of this information, then I would say that route is perfect for you.
